At Pinehurst, I partnered with the Communications Department to elevate brand presence, streamline workflows, and strengthen member engagement. My work combined visual design, content strategy, and systems optimization to deliver measurable improvements across platforms
Brand & Design: Redesigned flyers and TV graphics to align with Pinehurst’s visual identity, ensuring polished, professional, and on-brand communication. Rebuilt core brand assets, including a high-resolution logo suite, to guarantee consistency and scalability across digital and print media.
Content Development: Produced clear, branded content that highlighted the club’s offerings, promoted events, and fostered stronger community connection.
Systems & Collaboration: Implemented a centralized Notion workspace as a digital hub and project tracker, creating greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency for the communications team.
By combining design expertise with systems thinking, I enabled the department to transition from scattered tools to a cohesive, professional, and sustainable communications framework that enhanced both internal operations and external member experience.
